Crime Description: On Sunday, 10/25/09 at approximately 1957 Hours I/F/O 1740 Madison Ave, within the confines of the 23 Precinct, the victim, a M/B/19 was involved in an altercation with the suspect, a M/B/17 when he was shot 1X to the back of the head. The victim was removed to North General Hospital where he was pronounced DOA at 2021 Hrs. The suspect fled the scene and a weapon has not been recovered.
