Crime Description: On 5/20/09 at approximately 1930 Hrs, in the vicinity of 37th Ave and 88th Street, police responded to a call where it was determined that a F/H/8 was playing in the hallway when she was approached by the suspect who forcibly grabbed and forced her into the stairwell. He then photographed her feet and private areas of her body. The suspect also exposed himself to the victim before fleeing S/B on 88th Street towards Roosevelt Ave
