Crime Description: On Sunday, April 26, 2009, at approximately 0136 hours, inside of 186 East 164 Street, in the confines of the 044 Precinct Police responded to a report of shots fired at location. Upon arrival they found a M/H/19 shot to the chest. The victim was transported by E.M.S. to Bronx Lebanon Hospital where he was pronounced D.O.A. at 0227 hours
