  • Send in a tip online using this tip form.
  • After filling out the online form, tipsters automatically receive a computer generated reference number.
  • After one week, tipsters can follow up on the supplied information by calling 1-800-577-8477, or by coming back to the website and providing their reference number.

SMS/TEXT


  • Send a text to CRIMES (274637)
  • The tipster's cell phone number will not be displayed or traced. The tipster can stop communication at any time by texting "STOP".
  • The next step is to type Tips577 and then the tip information
  • Tipster will begin a text conversation with an investigator.
  • Tipster will be advised to leave the text conversation open if there is information that could lead to an arrest or indictment. They can also receive a reference number and call 1-800-577-8477 in one week.
  • NOTE: For safety reasons, we encourage tipsters to delete all text communications.
